Off to the hospital…

Little sis and I are off to the hospital in an hour. She seems to be taking it well and isn’t showing any signs of being nervous… she’s quite good when it comes to that. I’ll be at the hospital all day I’m sure and tomorrow as well, she has to stay there for a few days.

Things have been busy around here apart from the surgery. I almost have my scrapbook/game room complete. We retiled, painted, put together an entire wall unit of Ikea furniture and I’ve been organizing and putting everything away in there Unfortunately we had the bad luck of spending two hours buying and putting together a new Phillips LCD tv, only to find that one of the speakers is blown/crackling… so now take it back apart… drive my ass over to Best Buy, exchange it, and start putting it together again LOL I doubt Phillips is even going to care or will even compensate me for my time, although I have put in a complaint with their customer relations department for all the hassle. I mean jeez… don’t they even test these things from the factory!!

I’ll check in with everyone as soon as I get home after the surgery to let you know how it went… thanks for all your emails and positive thoughts!
