First few days in Panama

We arrived in Panama to sweltering heat and humidity. Almost to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out. The first night in Panama City we had the most amazing Italian food… and then went for some drinks at the local Casino… where a Panamanian band were playing and singing 70′s and 80′s pop hits such as Madonna, Abba, and the BeeGees. It was quite an enjoyable evening as the Casino had an abundance of super hot Columbian hookers walking around in skin tight outfits, and air conditioning. Jack fell in love about 300 times before we left LOL
The next day we spent about 7 hours in the car driving to the Panama Canal, a beach side town for lunch, and then on to David for the night. The heat was sweltering here as well and our friend only had air conditioning in the main bedroom, which I tried to spend as much time in as possible LOL. We went out for the evening to the local dance club to watch the local sensation Saundra and Sammy and we learned how potent the local pure grain alcohol Seco is. At only $4.50 a litre, I can see why it’s as popular as it is. And so far it is my favorite LOL I have already bought a bottle to bring home with me
We arrived in Boquete, Panama today (Saturday) and am currently sitting high up in the mountains, with sporadic rain showers and a lifting fog cloud that is slowly enveloping us. It is very peaceful and super relaxing here! We have one more night of partying ahead of us as we have been told that we have four bars/dance clubs that we are going to tonight. Since most Panamanians work 6 days a week, Saturday night is their biggest party night of the week! So off to a nap in a few… and if my hangover isn’t too bad tomorrow, I will try to check back in with you LOL
Here’s a few pics from our trip so far…
